Thanks for the site references. The "musicals101" especially is quite a labor of love.
Jeff R . . . although I have more than two hundred volumes on American Theatre History, Broadway History, and especially Musical Theatre History (including a complete 'Burns/Mantle'). . . I've never got around to purchasing Lerner's history. I've got his autobiography, his biography, and his librettos, but not that. Maybe I should look around for it . . .
