Glenn's site is not bad for history. You say you have an extensive library. Do you have Alan J Lerner's book on the musical theater? That's still the definitive musical history book on all musicals until the time of Lerner's death.
For information on current shows, including Broadway, tours, what's upcoming(including what's up coming in recordings), the best site by far is www.talkinbroadway.com. It's where I always go first for information on current shows and music.
If you're ever looking for lyrics, Carlene's Words and Music is always the best online place to start.
