We contribute to a great many charities, I guess we all contribute to many that have directly affected us. We contribute to the Heart Association, Diabetes,MS, Association For Retarded Citizens. My particular favorites are the Connecticut Food Bank, the Lustgarten Foundation for Pancreatic Cancer and Easter Seals. Despite the fact that I know the Red Cross does some good I don't like them. I remember my parents being asked by anyone who had been in the service in World War 2 not to contribute to the Red Cross. I guess remembering that gives me a lot of doubts about them. I, too, do not like the United Way. there are many more charities we give to, I try to rotate them. Are you all aware that there is a book that rates many charities?
