The offensive line is terribly banged up. We're going to have to find offensive linemen during the week, because too many people, including backups are hurt. There is no question, the very good defesnive front four of the Packers took advantage of the right side of our line as the starters went out. That's what good players do. They take advantage of key injuries of the other team.
Also, if Santana Moss is going to fumble, you don't fumble near Charles Woodson, who has been a defensive superstar for years. It was Green Bay's defense that lost this game and the Redskins offense that helped lose it. The Redskins defense played very well and forced Brett to throw more interceptions, but the Skins can only win when it's like last week and all three sides(offense, defense, special teams) play well.

It's different for New England which needs its defense to only be good enough and let Brady do the rest. Brady did what he so often does when losing. Spread the ball around to different receivers. The Patriots come back a lot and wear down other defenses.

As far as bad officiating, it's hard to get past the NLCS. The Rockies have been playing very well, but they've also been getting some breaks from bad calls, virtually every day. The one last night at first didn't end up mattering, but as the announcers said when they showed the replay, the runner was clearly out, even though he was called safe.
Don't get me wrong. Colorado is pitching very well and earning wins, but every game starting with their one game playoff with San Diego through last night seems to have a wrong call that goes their way.

I think when the Redskins play the Cowboys, that will be a big test of where we are. If the Redskins play with a tight end as an offensive lineman, as they considered near the end of yesterday, Dallas will have a field day. Washington can't play the Cowboys without having halfway decent offensive linemen on the right and left and expect to win, so a lot depends on who gets healthy and whether Washington picks up new people.

Congratulations, Veronica. Green Bay's defense is underrated and why they are in good shape.
